Used them for years. No complaints. But then I got billed $2 per GB for going over. Months not over and I am 20GB over.

I call in and then find I can get an unlimited plan for $2 more.

Shame on you for this.
So now I have to check the site to see when I am getting a worse plan than offered.

It woud be nice to be informed when I am paying too much for now good reason.

As well your data alert emails when you hit 100%. Some warning woud be nice.

The service has been great but I feel like I am being nickled and dimed here. $2 GB is an insult. My 1 month overage would pay for 20 months of the $2 more for unlimited.

Most months I am under by a lot and I see no refund going to me this way.

Feeling like a not so special long term customer.
They managed to resolve the previous issue that I had I didn't have to go through it but I do respect them for resolving it
