The service work of our vehicle was fine. The customer service especially with checking in was very poor. Several service associates were standing around and no one seemed to want to help. My wife finally approached someone who asked if we had an appointment. They confirmed she did and advised that the service associate assigned to her was busy. This would be understandable if the other associates were with other clients but they were not. My wife was finally checked in and everything else went smoothly. Being in the service industry myself I understand that the first interaction with a client is very important. This is a moment of truth that many times leaves a lasting impression on the client.
