Over $4000 for a three recliner sofa, and it's been nothing but trouble from day one. Special ordered, shows up in 4 weeks with numerous things wrong with it. Back not lined up, squeak in the motors, underneath unfinished, I could go on and on. Sent out a repair person that did nothing. Finally, came to take it back to company to be looked at. Eight weeks later we finally got it back. Many issues addressed, but still some issues remain. I plan to call the company, and my dealer yet again, doubt either will be helpful as getting to this point has been a nightmare. Will never purchase a thing from this company or the dealer again. And will pass on this experience to all my friends and colleagues.
