I didn't get to tell the school that I Invented and developed this school on the ROTC level with navy band.

I have Taught and was the chanselor of the school President of the University/SchoolAdministration. PLEASE contact me so that I can see how I can close the school as I am working with Joe Biden to Re Claim Hampton Roads.
