I've been a resident for two years. Every year there is a problem with the AC. Placed an emergency request at 3pm and five hours later no one has shown up. Called the emergency line the person who answered the phone , Cathy was very nasty. With the heat index being as high as it has been these past few days the heat in my apartment is unbearable.
