We had to wait 3hrs for our meal. A party of 50 arrived after us and they received all the attention whilst we were forgotten about. After 1hr half our meals were brought out. They were stone cold. We sent them back. Little did we know it would be another 2hrs before we would see food again. Why didn't we walk out you might ask? The girl behind the bar did her very best to try and get things sorted. I think she was actually ashamed at the treatment we got. The manager couldn't cope, the waiter kept saying sorry but then said it was his managers fault. We were told time and time again your food is coming only to see the other people get fed first. We were eventually given our meals free, but this was a clear case of not enough staff, very poor customer service and dare I say it profit from the many over service of the few. The only reason it's a 2 star review is because of the girl behind the bar.
