Very Caring and supportive staff.
I would specifically recognize all the front desk staff, house keeping and Restaurant staff.
Overall breakfast of this hotel is one of the best I have ever seen anywhere in the world (so far where I traveled) ;).
Mr. Ye Lin support was always available whenever needed.
