It was my first time in yesterday. Brought a guitar in with a faulty pick-up and was expecting to walk to the back of the store and drop my guitar off for an unknown period of time. Oddly enough, right there in the front was a nice man who asked how he could help, popped my guitar on the bench and started figuring it out right in front of me. He quickly identified the problem, soldered the connection back up, changed the strings, cleaned it up and I was on my way in 20 minutes. What a great frickin' idea. Have service right out in the open, and address the simple fixes quickly. I had an opportunity to walk the floor and look at their guitars. Nice selection of guitars, not huge, but focused and probably what you would need. Everyone I ran into was really nice and engaging. Great place.
