Could not collect their way out of a paper bag. Idiots call my office over and over trying to say we have an AP issue. NEVER can tell us what it is. They have been trained to be smart asses on the phone which I am sure works really well for them. Some guy Brian is so low in self esteem he tries to be a smart ass and fails every time. I owned a large AR management firm for years and never had these kinds of practices. The guy even once told me there were a lot of people with my name but still can't say what the amount or the issue is. Stupid.
