I contacted Mack at Microscope Solutions with a major repair on my microscope after one of my lab members accidentally knocked it off of the work bench. The head was broken, stage busted up and it was just unusable. In no time at all they had us back up and running with minimal "damage" to our budget this year. They even cleaned and adjusted the microscope. This really saved our butt on having to buy a new one!
