We found a nasty spot on the mattress in the pull out couch.

The maintenance guys that replaced the mattress all were wearing masks at first. While working their masks began to fall off their faces. Most of the time they spent in our room working to replace the mattress, ones guy s mask was not covering either his mouth or nose.

I m a black cancer patient with an already compromised immune system.

Later I sent another email regarding the big bugs we killed in our room. Again, no response.
