Hiring TechWyse to re-create my website and develop online advertising strategy was the best business decision I have made in the last several years. I was very skeptical when TechWyse sales person first contacted me. I have tried two other companies before; both turned out to be disasters. Both of them took my deposit and supposedly started working on my website, but months later nothing was done. I was getting various excuses as for why the project was stalled. I was frustrated. Around March of 2013, I received a call from Tom, a sales person from TechWyse. He explained briefly what TechWyse could do for my business. Having a bad experience before, I barraged him with several questions, but he gave me all the right answers, so I decided to meet with him. I have never heard of TechWyse, but after my meeting with Tom I believed it was worth giving them a try. My website re-development project was assigned to Brittany. If I had to summarize my experience when working with Brittany, it would be this: If all people had Brittany s work ethics world would be a better place.
At first I was asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire about my new website. This was a fairly easy task as at that point I knew exactly how I want my website to look like. Shortly after I submitted my questionnaire Brittany contacted me and told me that my vision of the website is outdated. She said that we should try to develop a website that will work great with mobile devices as this is where the world is heading now. At first I was not happy about that, but Brittany told me that her team will prepare three website proposals, and I will be able to choose the one I like best. When I was presented with the proposals, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work. As promised, I could choose from three website versions. Two were very close to my initial vision, and one was the modern version. To my surprise the version Brittany suggested was absolutely best. It was modern, clean, functional, unique and well organized; I really liked it! Upon my final approval, the work on the website begun, and within few months the project was completed. From the very beginning, I was presented with Project Milestone Outline, which was updated as the work progressed. I particularly really liked the weekly update emails, which I received every Friday. They were very informative, and I could see clearly that the work is being done. Brittany was always quick to respond to my questions, and she was always happy to help.
I am very happy with the way the website looks and works now. Currently TechWyse is looking after my website SEO, SEM, PPC campaign and SMM. Every week I get Weekly Performance Reports that show all data pertaining website performance. I also have access to AdLuge online software that keeps track of my leads. Aside from that, every month I have a review meeting with my campaign manager Eddy. During the meeting, we go over the website performance, leads, Google Analytics, PPC and everything else that needs to be discussed.
I am really impressed with TechWyse professionalism. I feel that my website and the whole online presence of my business are in good hands. I highly recommend TechWyse.
