I had a bit of a mixed experience with Mystic Self LLC. While their product selection is great and the quality of the items I purchased was excellent, I did encounter some issues with their customer service. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry. Overall, it's a good company, just some minor improvements needed.
