We used them for a while a rule, their tracking once in the UK is very slow, their customer care is little to none, they use 3rd party couiers (like parcel force, myhermes etc) so the outcome for delivery various significantly. Paclages arrive but it takes a lot longer than most other services i've used. There are better solutions outt here. Now using DPD and got no more issues. I cannot say "stay away" packages arrive but its slow, poor tracking and rubbish customer service - this isn't good for large business who need something delovered there and then.
