I've shopped at Anarres for over 5+ years but my last visit was less than satisfactory. We waited outside until we got the 'green' light, fine. But as we walked in we were not only rushed but were told we only had 10 min to do all of our shopping. On top of this there was hardly anyone who approached to help us. Maybe if someone helped us we could have been out of there in time. As we're told to basically 'hurry up' whoever was at the cashier was busy having small talk with another customer. My spouse was told her face shield was not adequate and she had to wear a mask instead. I felt so rush I didn't end up purchasing everything I needed. The entire experience was less than pleasant. My spouse won't be returning to this store and frankly neither will I anymore. Customer service really needs to improve here. Otherwise they carry good products.
