Zuda yoga is one of the best yoga studios in Sacramento. The teachers are well-prepared and clear, the staff are friendly and organized, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I also appreciate the wide class time slots available--I can pretty much can take a class anytime seven days a week. This is hot yoga, so be prepared with a towel, a hairband, and a big jug of water.
