The quality of customer service at Nordstrom is amazing. This store stands behind its products and generously allows returns if needed. Some of the skin care products I had purchased did not perform as hoped . Katie not only followed up with me months later to inquire how things were going, she encouraged me to return the unused portion of the products I had stopped using for a full refund! Wow. That level of customer service will keep me shopping at this big store which feels more like a personal boutique.
