Awesome view of Saint Louis and Illinois across the river. The tram ride up is very cramped for anyone over 5'8" but it was pretty quick so it isn't a big deal. Also the tram is bumpy and stops abruptly so it can be a bit nerve-wracking. However, it is definitely worth going, you can stay at the top for as long as you want if I remember correctly. It is pretty stuffy and much warmer at the top, which is to be expected, and is definitely bearable. Also, the windows are pretty small and it's pretty crowded, but if you are patient it isn't too hard to get a great view and take some pictures, people get bored pretty quickly.
