Really good customer services and nice hotel. We had a terrible experience from the Roosevelt hotel Waldorf and came immediately. New facilities and equipment deserve a 5 star rate in New Orleans. The staff and faculty are really nice and professional even the cleaning department is a little too slow and not punctual but would recommend and come again.
