Poor / bad spare parts purchasing service,
The CS phone is then transferred to the spare parts section, and continues to be given the WA sales number for the spare parts section.

Submitting old parts & pricelist is not even replied / only read on Whatsaap,

Come directly to the GMT office, the answer is not clear about the parts / pricelist.

NOTE:
Please train again in sales / spare parts.

Please apply Karywan to wearing a mask in the office, the majority do not use a mask in this pandemic situation
