Spectacular sight from the highway!

Spectacular sight from the highway!
The brochures and website tell you parking is free, but they do charge per person in the vehicle. We thought we d stop take a pic or two and head on to our next destination. We did not want to pay $30 to drive in for 10 mins.
Our next Black Hills trip we will put this on our schedule of things to do.
