I recently used the services of this company for insurance and risk management solutions. The website was user-friendly and had a lot of helpful information. However, the customer service could have been more responsive and proactive. 💼 The team seemed knowledgeable, but it took longer than expected to get a response to some of my inquiries. The overall experience was okay, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness. I hope to see better service in the future.
