This my first visit and possibly my last. First impression, the young lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Chewing gum and not friendly. She repeatedly asked me my name and did I have an appointment. While waiting to be checked in she repeatedly answered the phone each time she answer I had to answer the same questions my name and did I have an appointment after she hung up each call.she told me she could not find my appointment. After 15 minutes she was able to get me checked in. Second impression the wait time was extremely long my appointment was at 2:30 and we didn't get called to the back until 3:45. Once we made it till the back the wait was about 15 minutes before we were seen. My furry baby received 4 shots and a check up. Third impression was the same as the first the young lady was extremely rude. My credit card was laid on the counter and she walked to the printer came back and placed my receipt on the counter without a word and proceed to walk away. I wanted to schedule my baby's follow up appointment but I guess she didn't have the time for it. Just rude and unprofessional. I asked another young lady was everthing complete.
