When we began planning our daughter's wedding last year, we never could have expected the year 2020 ended up being. We had to cancel everything we had planned and until the end of summer 2020, didn't even know if we'd have to cancel the whole event. The only option we could think of was to have it outdoors in a picturesque place. We found the perfect place in the Poconos, but ran into many problems when it came to catering. It was difficult to find a suitable vendor. We were very concerned about guests walking away hungry and unhappy with the offered cuisine. Beyond this, the question of budget was not last on our list of concerns, of course. With a move to the Poconos, the original budget nearly doubled. Happily, our phone call to the restaurant Uzbekistan solved ALL our problems. We were offered a varied, expansive menu under very reasonable prices. During the wedding, everything went perfectly. The food was DELICIOUS and plentiful. The waiters that Uzbekistan brought out served our guests quickly and attentively. The wedding went beautifully, with many thanks and much credit to the catering provided by Uzbekistan.
