The dealer himself was great he did his job. However I had the vechical a total of 7 days dropped it off because an outside mechanic looked at it and told me I had a hole in my muffler and a bad ball joint. The service man at shannon motors told me there was nothing wrong and I could pick up. I brought it to a state inspection site where it failed inspection because a hole in the muffler and a ball joint with excessive play. I brought the paper work back to shannon same day I picked it up and they are still not admitting any wrong. When I call I get voicemails with no call backs Or I'll get we will call you back and never calls back.
All they want is your money they are not consirned about your safety and if you have kids that ride in the car like I do. My kids lives are at risk and they have been told by two different mechanics that there is something wrong they just don't want to pay out of pocket for it!
Don't go here if you want a safe car.
