I wouldn't recommend the company for youngsters/freshers .
If you want to settle for less money, less growth but more luxury , then this is the place . It's good as a retirement plan . But not a good fit for young professionals .

But lately, the general work culture across teams have changed a lot . It's no longer as great as before .
