Booked under 'Lastminutetravel.co.uk'. They charged the wrong amount twice and then refunded me less than either of the charged higher amounts. The customer service said it was my bank's fault because of the exchange rate so basically there is nothing I can do. Misleading and unhelpful. My receipt says one thing and they are welcome to charge me what ever they want! Ridiculous and should be clearer. Clearly didn't care at all about their customers and will not boom with them nor reccomend to anyone. SCAM.
