I am a graduate of class 264 just yesterday and I can t say enough good things about Southeastern. The attention to detail by EVERY member of the staff from answering all 8000 of my questions before arrival to making sure I made it back home safely. Kudos to Chef Rob who kept us good and full. Most important people that don t get enough recognition are the trainers. Kim, Laska and Katie are simply the greatest! Special shout out to Laska for picking up my Starbucks every morning just in time for breakfast! More people need to know about the great things happening at SEGD!
