I used to come religiously and get lash extensions. Covid happened and they closed for a bit- ....once they opened back up I made the decision to try a lash lift for the first time and honestly I m beyond disappointed....
I scheduled my appointment online and received text messages over the next week saying my appointment got changed - 3 times!!!
That should have been a sign but I really missed having nice lashes and decided to just go with it. I showed up for my appointment and unfortunately the lift didn t take. They asked me to come back later in the day to retry the process with a different technician- and I agreed. I left with what I assume was glue or some type of residue all over my left eye. Went home and cleaned it. I Showed up later in the day and had the service redone. Once she took off the lift she applied a tint and immediately my left eye was burning. She did her best to clean it up and gave me a fan to hold over my eye. Once the process was complete I immediately noticed my left eye was swollen. I told her and she said that they use an all natural henna for tint so it wouldn t do that. I paid and left. I understand they took the time to do it so I will pay for the service they provided but to be honest- my lashes look no different than when I walked in there. It s been 24hrs and my eye is still a little swollen and sore. The experience Absolutely not what I expected- I paid $75 for NOTHING. I won t be back. Totally ruined how I feel about this place.
