Please do not waste your time or money on rude and unprofessional service. I bought a bird yesterday hoping to take him home with me today. Unfortunately the employee informed saying "bad news your bird is too young and sick" So I responded ok why would you sell me a bird in that condition?" "That's fine please give me my money back."Employee then called owner "the person" who sold me the bird yesterday. After conversation on the phone with owner employee then said you can take the bird. I was confused and frustrated at that point not only did i deal with employees and owner belittling my knowledge on birds the day before but now today they want me to take a sick bird home. LOL These people are sick! I have more knowledge about birds then the whole staff put together. To make a long story short i left with not bird and no refund.. I am out $200 dollars. Apparently a check is to be sent to me..lol what kind of business is this. REALLY unbelievable....Its sad all birds are sick with only Visitation rights. There are plenty of bird stores available stay away from this one they are nothing but liars who take your money and only allow you to visit your paid for sick bird. And for those dropping off birds for day care don't do it you will regret it your bird will get sick.....This business is full of WEIRDOS!!!!!!!!!
