I am a mortgage processor and we had a 10 day escrow and was in need of a lender condo questionnaire like yesterday, I emailed David Bar and he responded instantly. He saved the day and got us the questionnaire in a matter of a couple hours saving our mortgage deal! I have been a processor for 5 year and I have learned not all HOA's are created equal - I wish they all could be like David with Allstate HOA Management! Thank you David! :)
