I just called and spoke to a super nice and caring representative named Jenna. I renewed my babies rabies lisence at another clinic but they made several errors and I was receiving notices that stating the lisence was past due. Jenna was so kind while researching why this was happening. She figured it all out within 3 minutes and updated everything for me. She was soo nice and didnt rush me off the phone like most places do because the call queue. I wanted to acknowledge the wonderful service I received just over the phone. Thanks Jenna !!!!!
