When I set up my account I told my sales rep that I need to called before any of my orders are shipped as I pay with credit card or COD. I was charged $1280 for a case of cards without my permission. They put my credit card of the limit and put my bank account into the negative. The sales person and the office secretary did not understand what each other were doing. I spoke with the sale manager Chris and he said that he has to deal with clowns like us all the time. Great way to treat a customer. I will never buy from them again.
