Went in here after test driving a vehicle I wanted at another dealership. Dick Scott had one with the exact features I wanted. Called ahead letting them know I had a specific price in mind and was told although they don't negotiate over the phone, I could make an appointment with the sales manager later that day. Was also told they would beat any other dealers written price by $500.

Met with the sales manager who had his sweet Apple Earpods in during the duration of our meeting. Let him know they were advertising the vehicle with the Employee Price at 10.7% while other similar builds at nearby dealers discounts were higher, such as 12.9%. The offer the sales manager gave me was off where it needed to be by about $3k. The manager said they don't chase monthly goals giving me the impression they don't care about discounting cars for customers. They would rather fewer cars be sold at higher prices. When I told him the number we needed to get down to he just said "No, I won't do that." Shook his hand and walked out and never heard a thing from them.

Bought my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited two days later from another dealership nearby for the price I wanted as they were willing to negotiate. Had much better customer service and much more professionalism. I did give Dick Scott 2 stars simply because it was a nice clean dealership.
