My 92 year old Mother in Laws furnace went down so...

My 92 year old Mother in Laws furnace went down sometime late Friday night or early Saturday morning. We called for service on Saturday morning . Russ showed up with in an hour and did an inspection. It turned out we need to replace the furnace. Russ spent time with us reviewing the process and talking about options.
He also contacted Yuri, from sales, in order to arrange for us to meet with him.
Yuri took time to meet with us on Sunday to set up our order.
On Monday morning at about 8am Jon and Brock show up at the house to install the new furnace and they were done about 2pm..
The care and concern that this team showed regarding our situation was above and beyond.

Well here it is 4 weeks later and our furnace decided to quit on the coldest night so far. After our last experience with Boehmers Cronin Emery we gave them a call. One day later we have a new furnace and a/c.
The service from Lisa, the Alexs and Brock was great. I don't know how they hire or what the company culture is but it shows in the customer service!
