I've had mixed experiences with Son CORP. While their website is easy to use, there have been a few occasions where the products were not as described or arrived damaged. However, their customer service team was quick to assist and resolve the issues. I appreciate their efforts in rectifying the situations, but it would be great if the initial product quality was more consistent.
