Worst experience ever at Chevy Service Department!...

Worst experience ever at Chevy Service Department!! Go in to get ignition switch recall taken care of, come out short $100 and with my power locks broke. Took Chevy Cobalt in for ignition switch recall, and I asked them to look at the brakes as well. Guy says "Sure, you still qualify for a FREE Multi-point Inspection" leading me to think my brake request is covered in this free inspection. Come back to pick it up and I owe $100 for brake inspection, and the estimate to get brakes fixed was outrageous. I pay the $100 and leave to find out my driver-side door lock won't stay locked because it thinks there is a key in the new ignition switch. I schedule an appointment at 6:45am to get it looked at, and I go back at 5pm just to find out they didn't get to my car. What the heck is the appointment for??? Take it back a 3rd time, and they say it's a coincidence that my locks stopped working the same day they changed my ignition switch. Wouldn't even look at fixing the problem they made. Very rude and unfriendly people that honestly don't know what they are talking about!
