"I dropped off my '08 FLHRC for an emissions system problem. Tim immediately took a minute to look over my bike and point out several areas that needed attention. I bought the bike, used, in 2010. I maintained the bike, oil changes, tire changes, and basic maintenance, and thought I had it all together. Tim's inspection pointed out several deficiencies that I should have been aware of. I decided to go with all of his suggestions, new rear tire, rear brake pads, a new cover for the front brake master cylinder, and the issue that I brought the bike in for. It was determined that the throttle sensor failed and needed replacement. The throttle body also had a broken actuator. These items were replaced. After the repairs, the bike was reinspected and washed. Tim arranged for transportation for me after dropping the bike off, and again to pick it up. The work was explained in detail, and I rode home on a new '08 Road King. The bike rain great! It's important to note that while Tim was the Service Advisor, I interacted with others from the DHD Service Department, as well as the mechanic performing the work. They are a great team. At no point was I advised to have any unnecessary work done. I was not up-sold. Having worked in the industry, I appreciated their professionalism. I also appreciated their honesty and sincerity. When I went to the cashier to pay for the service, I was told that I was entitled to points. The cashier noticed that I was a veteran (indicated on my license), and told me I was entitled to double points because of that. I appreciated her taking time to notice something I was eligible for, that I was not aware of. I'll be back for some accessories! Also, while in the showroom, I met with Sales Advisor, Jax. We had a nice conversation and talked about some of the new bikes. They're beautiful. I'm not in the market for a new one today, mine is like new now, but I must admit, the new features create strong urges to trade up to a new one! When I'm ready, I'll go back to Jax for the next new ride. Thanks for the excellent customer service!"
