Tonight again delicious food at Bistro Merlijn. Had been here before and every time it was great food. Similarly today. After a friendly welcome I was allowed to take a seat in the reception / waiting room because I was early and the restaurant was not yet open. The waiting / reception room was also the bolingbaan room. Because at bistro merlijn you can also enjoy bowling. After about 5 to 10 minutes they came to pick me up to take a seat at my table. Since I had been here before, I knew how their system worked so I didn't need any further explanation. The food was delivered very smoothly after you ordered it. Every dish that I had tasted very good and I enjoyed all the tasty dishes. You can normally eat unlimited food here until closing time. But due to the corona rules they now work with time shifts and now you can stay for 2.5 hours. But this time is really more than enough to eat your fill. Serving your dishes goes through an order form where you have to mark your dishes that you wish to eat. There is really plenty of choice so there is something for everyone. The wait staff / staff are very friendly and helpful. After just under 2 hours I was already reasonably full and went home full but very satisfied.
