A bunch of mean hearted snobby individuals who are very unorganized and unapologetic. They make the process extremely hard just for a person to see a dog before filling out paperwork. That s very backwards. The location on Randolph is horrible. Hannah, Becky and the manager are all HEARTLESS. Don t waste your time fooling with them as I did today!!! I suggest you work with another shelter or find a private breeder or else you ll experience unworthy ppl who don t care! Their location on Pralle are NO BETTER!!! They had my son and I sit outside on the bench in 91 degree weather to be of ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. I m heartbroken bc they didn t help me find a loving dog we were trying to get that we seen at the Randolph location months ago. I was in tears and they showed no regard.
