I received the worst facial of my life! They write notes throughout the treatment and so much time was spent with me laying their with no product on my face listening to her write worthless notes . When they do the dermaplaning part they will shave your hair around forehead, without acknowledging it or appoligizing for it. They will also cut you in several places and leave razor burn. They will leave your face more tore up then it looked when you were 16. I could have been getting married the next day and I would have looked terrible! She asked one question but nothing else, nothing was customized to my skin. They will also do your extractions with their fingernails which is horribly painful. This place is an absolute nightmare and it s devastating to think and look at how long it will take for the hair AROUND MY FACE to grow back. Stay far away from this over priced untrained esthetician hole
