1. He was clueless about the route. 2. Played with phone during journey looking for our venue.
3. When ever we gave directions he dismissed us even though he took long way and charged more.
4. Cost of the journey was horrific. My phone played up so I could not call Uber or Lyft. I checked price when i arrived and would gave saved money taking either one.
