I ordered a new 2019 Silverado High Country late last year from Galles and learned a lot about what it takes to get a new vehicle from the factory. Through the whole process I called and stopped by the dealership many times. Every time I stopped by, or called, I had one or two people checking on where it was and what was going on. One time the sales manager called GM right in front of me, with them on speakerphone, and relayed that his customer was wondering about the status of his truck. It ended up being built and was waiting in a rail yard waiting to be delivered. Everyone was very helpful during a frustrating (for me) processes. The moment it arrived I received a call from my salesperson and I immediately went and picked it up. There were some bulletins that came up with the truck and they got it in and fixed the issues. Not much later the infotainment system was glitching out so I took it back. They reset everything and I was on my way. Most recently, yesterday, I took my truck in for its first oil change. Masheyti has been my service person from the beginning and, as always, was very friendly and professional. She got my paperwork done and let me know she would come get me when it was done. While waiting Don, the service manager I believe, who I dealt with a fair amount , recognized me, greeted me, shook my hand, and asked how the truck and I were doing. Very good customer service! About 30-45 minutes later, Masheyti came and got me as my truck was done. She informed me that the oil was changed, tires rotated and properly inflated, and that there was another bulletin that was addressed. Through everything from the beginning of my process to my scheduled maintenance, Masheyti and Don have been very professional and helpful. Awesome customer service, thank you.
