My wife and I worked with Cory Smailes and he was an absolute awesome fit for us. Being that we were first time buyers, we weren't really sure of the process. He explained it well and set us up with an awesome mortgage loan officer, Angela Sebree with Tidewater Mortgage Services. Cory put in a lot of time and effort to make sure the house we found was everything we'd hope for in a first home. He made it seem effortless and was very easy to talk to on any questions or concerns we had. Cory went to bat for us when it came time to negotiate and did not let us walk into a contract we were uncomfortable with just to get the quick close.
