My husband and I met Kim Van Horn when we were young, had just moved to Raleigh and were completely ignorant of the house buying process. She took us under her wing and guided us through the process. When we let Kim know we were ready to sell and that we needed to sell fast, she immediately went to work. Kim had a plan in a matter of days pricing, staging, when to list, scheduling showing, etc. We never had to worry about a single detail and we new without a doubt that Kim was taking care of us. Our house was under contract the weekend it was listed with an offer over the list price, and we closed in less than 30 days.

Whether we are buying or selling a house with Kim, she always goes out of her way to be available to us, making us feel like we are her top priority. Kim is not only a smart and savvy realtor, but she is an absolute joy to work with.

No one will take better care of you than Kim! I wouldn't let a friend or family member in the area buy or sell a house without Kim s help.
