Being a caseworker I often have to call for assistance help for my clients, It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to call in several times, or wait on hold for 20+ minutes to receive help for simple questions and not even receive an answer from a human being!!!

Most of my clients do not have the time or patience to call in, nor do I but I am attempting to help them...

You guys need to fix your phone system because this is a disgrace. Also if you guys are going to keep this crappy system, at least play some music instead of having the same woman repeat the same sentence a million times..
