My car was involved in a accident in January 2017 ...

My car was involved in a accident in January 2017 in which I wanted the dealer to do the repairs. The time it took to repair the vehicle was what was quoted (6 weeks) which is great. The problem is I live out of town and I had my partner pick up the vehicle which was suppose to be in New Jersey at the collision place, But my original plan was to take a flight to Newark Airport and a cab to the collision place (11 miles away). So me being able to have my partner pick up the vehicle in which he lives in Harlem was a plus. He gets a ride to New Jersey only to find out the Vehicle is in Manhattan (wasted gas and tolls). When he gets there a malfunction light comes on in which he had to wait 90 minutes to get it repaired. When my vehicle was ready it jad absolutely no gas in it, He wondered if he can make it to the gas station. 1. No one communicated (Stephen Jones) that my vehicle was moved to Manhattan which cost me time and money. 2. After waiting 2 days for me to pick it up the vehicle it wasn't ready. 3. After my insurance company cut a check for $20,089 They couldn't replace the gas they used to travel from NJ to Manhattan or at least put $3 worth gas in the tank. Besides repairing a vehicle that you're getting paid to repair customer service goes a long way.
