Went in without an appointment, (my check engine light was on) and they were busy but got me in anyway. They were going to charge me $140 to diagnose the problem so I went somewhere else to get a better price. Called Maita to get a price check on the services and to see if it was under warranty, they said they were too busy to get me in and I'd have to make an appointment EVENTHOUGH I was just there 5 minutes ago (literally). The man was very rude and hung up on me after telling me to make an appointment or I'd never be seen no matter how long I waited.. Service was poor and they were rushing everything and not answering my questions about my warranty. My father in law has also had many horrible experiences here and we now will take our business elsewhere. Such a shame since it was so close to our home.
