Amber (chiropractor) is absolutely amazing. I've seen many chiropractors and physio's, but none have them have even measured up close to Amber. She really understands how the body works and what the root problems are that need to be addressed. I was a gymnast growing up and now train in crossfit, therefore have a number of complex problems, and she is actually able to understand my body and treat me - whereas other chiros have told me that if I do a few stretches it should be fine in a month (and they were wrong)...... I've also seen Drew (naturopath) a few times for Prolotherapy which has been very promising so far for my overuse injuries, we will have to see for sure once I get a few more treatments. Drew is an extremely knowledgeable well rounded health practitioner who can help you improve your health, whether its through nutrition or supplements, exercise, or physical therapies like prolotherapy and manipulations. A lot more value than most naturopath's can offer. Overall, great experience - I travel from Kits to go there :)
