Brought my vehicle in due to a manufacturer's recall. The information provided by Honda said that the repair would take about an hour. When I called to schedule with the Service Dept, I was told they'd need half a day for the repair! Big difference there. Once I returned home after dropping off my vehicle, I received an emailed "Inspection Report" with $700+ worth of repairs my vehicle needed. I spoke with Eric, who then tried to persuade me to have some high dollar work done on my car, which was brought in only for a manufacturer's recall. I've wasted my entire day at home at this point, for a repair that was only supposed to take one hour. For the last two hours I've been waiting on the "Complimentary" shuttle to take me back to pick up my car. Still waiting! I can think of many, many other ways to spend an entire day off work... I will NEVER make the mistake of returning to this dealership again! Seriously, find a dealer that values its customers.
***UPDATE*** 3 weeks later
I continue to receive sales calls at random times during the workday, emails, and letters in the mail from this dealership regarding having repairs done at their location, vehicle lease options, and vehicle sales. All of these are unwanted and unwelcome, and I've made that clear to David McDavid Honda. Apparently, bringing a vehicle in for recall repairs entitles them to repeatedly spam you by phone, email, and US mail. Don't make the mistake of entering this dealership. -5 stars, will never return.
